Hamilton West Mission Statement
We at Hamilton West pride ourselves at being respectful, helpful, friendly, practical, and courageous in our efforts.
Our community reflects a pride at creating through participation a comfortable, quality inviting community with a spirit of camaraderie which reflects unity, integrity and makes a lasting impression.
Our Forms of Production
Our values are expressed in making sure we have quality landscape maintenance and maintaining our assets (painting, roofs, fences, gates, streets, etc.).
A unified effort by the residents and their Board of Directors will call for following the budget, problem solving sessions using groups and committees, maintaining a set of standards with checks and balances, approving a professional reserve study and creating liaison relationships with governmental entities.
We as a community must strive to make healthy decisions, use good financial planning and communicate with residents through newsletters, website articles and informational meetings.
Our Landscape Description
Our community of the future will be beautiful with well manicured lawns that are responsibly maintained for great sale-ability and curb appeal.
As Tyler grows, sound buffers will be considered to keep our neighborhood quiet, secure, peaceful and serene. Hamilton West will be seen as a warm inviting community, neat in appearance, uniform in structure with limited landscape and splashes of color.
