Green Chile Squares

Quiche-type snack with a Mexican twist

1 hour

Ingredients:
2 (4oz) cans green chilies
4 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
dash of Mexican hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Directions:
Remove seeds from the chilies and lay flat on the bottom of a greased 9 X 13 inch pan. Mix cheese, eggs and mustard, Worcestershire and hot sauce. Add salt and pepper if desired. Pour over peppers and sprinkle with Paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cut into bite sized squares.
