Honey Mustard Sauce

Sauce for Chicken Fingers

Very Easy

Total Time:
10 min.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup water, divided
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup prepared mustard

Directions:
Dissolve cornstarch in 1 tablespoon water in saucepan. Add honey, mustard and remainign water; bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Serve with chicken for diping.

Cook's Notes:
You may use regular yellow mustard or half yellow and half dijon, or half yellow and half wholegrain mustard.
