Red Bell Pepper Hummus

Humus with red bell peppers and spices

Ingredients:
1 (16-oz) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed (reserve liquid)
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
6 small radishes, cubed
1 tablespoon tahini
1/2 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
In a food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth. Add 1 tablespoon of reserved liquid if needed. Serve with pita chips, crackers or veggie sticks.
