Spinach Balls

Appetizer balls with spinach, stuffing mix and parmesan to be served by themselves or with marinara sauce.

Ingredients:
2 (10 oz) packages frozen chopped spinach
3 cups Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (not cubed)
1 Tbsp. pepper
6 eggs, well beaten
1&1/2 tsp. garlic powder or granules
3/4 cup melted oleo
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 large onion, chopped very fine
1/2 tsp. thyme

Directions:
Thaw and drain spinach well; squeeze with hands. Combine everything and mix well. Shape into 3/4 inch balls and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

Cook's Notes:
To freeze: Cook 10 minutes before freezing and 10 more minutes after defrosting.
