Chicken Wings for a crowd
Submitted by Sue Lowes on Jan 29, 2010

Easy baked chicken wings.

Servings:
1

Complexity:
Very Easy

Total Time:
2 hours

Ingredients:
5 lb. chicken wings (I buy the 5 lb frozen bag at grocery store)
1 cup brown sugar, packed
3/4 cup marsala or cooking sherry (marsalla is better
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 cup soy sauce (reduced sodium)
2-3 cloves minced garlic

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Place thawed chicken in 9 X 13 dish with 2 inch sides. Bake 30 minutes, then drain off the liquid.

Combine all other ingredients in large sauce pan and bring to a simmer, then remove from heat.

Pour the mixture over the rendered chicken wings, then continue to bake for 1 & 1/2 hours turning the wings every 30 minutes. You may need to cook longer, but continue baking and turning until the sauce just begins to caramelize.

Cook's Notes:
Serve warm or at room temp. Can be frozen.
