Veggie Appetizer

A light, crispy snack

Ingredients:
1 can crescent dinner rolls
3 oz. cream cheese with chives
Evenly chopped (approx. 1/4" squares) veggies: purple onion, green, red, yellow peppers, water chestnuts, celery and pecans
Directions:
Spread rolls into rectangular on a cookie sheet, crimping seams together. Bake according to directions - lightly brown. Cool completely. Spread with cream cheese and sprinkle evenly with chopped veggies and pecans. Cut into squares and serve (pizza cutter works great).
Cook's Notes:
Refrigerate leftovers for a later snack.
