Three-Way Hot Chocolate

Powdered mix used to make hot chocolate, chai-tea cocoa, and coffee mocha

Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup dried egg whites
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. ground pepper
cinnamon sticks (optional for garnish)
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine dry milk powder, sugar, cocoa, egg white powder, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, ginger, and black pepper. Spoon mixture into a sealed tight container.
Hot cocoa: add 2 Tb. to 1 cup warm milk
Chai-tea Cocoa: brew 2 teabag in a cup with 1 cup warmed milk. Add 1 - 2 tps. cocoa mix
Coffee Mocha: Add 1 Tb. cocoa mix to 1 cup coffee.
