Peppermint Cocoa Mix

Great hot chocolate for the holidays.

Ingredients:
3 (4&1/2 inch) peppermint sticks
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup powdered nondairy coffee creamer
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
Directions:
Place peppermint sticks in a zip-top bag; beat to a powder with a mallet. Sift together sugar, creamer and cocoa. Combine with peppermint. Makes 2&1/4 cups (9 servings).
To serve: Add 1/4 cup mix to 3/4 cup boiling water.
Cook's Notes:
Variation: Add 1/2 cup instant coffee to the mix.
