Blueberry and Cream Muffins

Blueberry Muffins made with sour cream

Ingredients:
1&3/4 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 stick melted butter
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup milk
1 egg beaten
1 cup blueberries, dusted with 2 tablespoons flour
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except blueberries well. I usually mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately and then combine them. Fold in blueberries. Divide into muffin cups and bake at 375 degtrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 12.
