Cheddar Cayenne Biscuits

Buttermilk biscuits with cayenne pepper and cheddar cheese

Ingredients:
3 cups buttermilk baking mix
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
Directions:
In a bowl, combine baking mix, cayenne pepper and cheese. Stir in milk just until moistened. Turnout on a lightly floured surface and knead three times. Roll 3/4 inch thick. Cut with floured two-inch cutter. Place 1-inch apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
