Pineapple Bread

Moist sweet bread with fruit

Total Time:
2 hours

Ingredients:
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
3 eggs
1&1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp. vanilla
1-15 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups mashed ripe bananas

Directions:
In a large bowl combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.

In another bowl, beat eggs, oil and vanilla. Add pineapple and bananas. Stir in dry ingredients until just moistened. Pour in two greased 9X5X2 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-65 minutes, or until it tests done. Cool in pans 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on racks
