Nell's Chocolate Pie

Cooked chocolate filling pie with Cool Whip topping.

Ingredients:
1&1/4 cup sugar
3 T flour
3 T cocoa
1 cup water
Small can Pet milk
1 beaten egg
1/4 stick oleo
1&1/2 tsp. vanilla
Cool Whip
Directions:
In a saucepan mix sugar, flour and cocoa until well blended. Gradually add water, milk and egg. Cook until bubbly and thick, stirring constantly (about 7 min.). Remove from heat and add oleo and vanilla. Pout into Keebler Shortbread Crust. Chill completely before covering with Cool Whip.
