Chocolate Lazy Cake

Easy from scratch chocolate cake made with cocoa. No frosting necessary.

Ingredients:
1&1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 tablespoon vinegar
6 tablespoons salad oil
1 cup water

Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together. Make a well in the dry ingredients and add the vanilla, vinegar and oil. Stir, add the water and mix again. Pour into a greased 9X9 square baking pan. Bake at 350 fro 30-35 minutes.

Cook's Notes:
You can frost this cake, but it is so rich it really doesn't need a frosting.
