Texas Apple Cake

Apple bundt cake with pecans and spices

Ingredients:
3 cups sifted flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1&1/2 tsp cinnamon
1&1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
1 egg
3 cups grated apples
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Sift flour, soda, salt & cinnamon. Cream oil, sugar and egg. Fold the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture alternately with the apples and vanilla, beginning and ending with dry ingredients; add pecans. Bake in 10 inch tube or bundt pan (well greased) at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan. No icing needed.
