Fresh Apple Cake

Fresh apple and nut cake baked in a Bundt pan.

Ingredients:
2 cups chopped apple with skins left on
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 cup chopped nuts (not optional)
2 heaping cups of flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs beaten well
1/2 tsp black walnut flavoring
Directions:
Mix eggs, sguar and oil. Add flour, salt, soda and flavoring. mix well, adding nuts and apples.
Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
Cook's Notes:
I usually use Bundt cake pan, or can be baked in a small 11 X 7 inch retangular pan.
