Crunchy Oatmeal Cookies

Delicious crispy Oatmeal spice cookie fwith raisins that freezes well.

Ingredients:
1 c. margarine 1 t. nutmeg
1 c. sugar 2 t. allspice
1 c. brown sugar 2 t. ground cloves
2 eggs 2 t. cinnamon
1 t. vanilla 3 c. 1 minute oats
1 1/2 c. flour, sifted 1 c. raisins, (opt.)
1/4 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Cream margarine and sugars well, add eggs one at a time beating well. Add vanilla. Sift flour with baking soda, salt and spices. - add. Mix in oats and fold in raisins. Drop from a spoon onto a greased cookie sheet, two inches apart. Bake at 375 Decrees for 7 minutes or until brown. Remove immediately to a rack.
