Chocolate Chip Cookies

A cookie with lots of pecans & chocolate chips. Unusual recipe using a pudding mix...

Ingredients:
2 1/4 c. flour
1 box (4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding mix
1 c. margarine
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 pkg (12 oz) chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Mix flour and soda. Combine butter, sugars, vanilla and pudding mix. Beat until creamy. Beat in eggs, gradually add flour mixture, then chips and nuts. Batter will be stiff. Drop by rounded teaspoons about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. NOTE: Chocolate pudding mix may be used.
