Penny's Peach Pie

Another peach pie recipe

Ingredients:
2 unbaked pie crusts
4 to 5 peaches
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons butter
squirt of vanilla
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Peal and pear 4 to 5 large peaches
Mix with remaining ingredients except butter
Pour into unbaked pie shell
slice butter and put evenly on top of filling
cover with pie 2nd pie crust and seal around edges
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes and then lower oven to 325 for 45 minutes.
Cook's Notes:
Great by itself or with vanilla ice cream.
