Ice Cream Bread

Very simple cake made with ice cream

Ingredients:
2 cups Ice Cream - Any flavor - just make sure it isn't non-fat or low fat..(need the good stuff)
1&1/2 cup Self-Rising Flour
Directions:
Stir together ice cream and flour, stirring just until flour is moistened.
Spoon batter into a greased and floured 8X4 loaf pan
Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean.
Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
