Holiday Macaroons

Coconut macaroons

Ingredients:
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tarter
dash salt
2 tsp light corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla
3-4 cups of loosely packed shredded coconut
Directions:
Beat egg whites, cream of tarter & salt until frothy. Gradually add sugar until stiff and glossy. Beat in corn syrup & vanilla. Mix in coconut. Bake 300 degrees for 20 minutes
