Chewy flavorful oatmeal cookies with chopped nuts.

Ingredients:
Cream Together:
3/4 cup Crisco
1 cup of firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup of water
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Add:
1 cup of sifted flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon soda
3 cups oatmeal
1 cup chopped nuts

Drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
