Spanish Rolls

Mexican hard rolls stuffed with meat filling.

Total Time:
2 hours

Ingredients:
10 hard rolls (approximately)
1/2 tsp garlic
1 pound ground beef
1 8 oz can tomatoe sauce
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 5oz can chopped ripe olives, drained
1 large onion, chopped
1 pound sharp cheddar cheese grated
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Tabasco

Directions:
Take hard rolls, cut a little off one end and scoop out center.
Brown ground beef in skillet and add rest of ingredients.
Fill rolls and replace ends.
Wrap in foil.
Bake 1 hour at 275 to 300 F

Cook's Notes:
Easy to make. Yummy to eat.
