Sheriff's Chili

Another Chili recipe

Very Easy

Total Time:
2 hours

Ingredients:
4 pounds ground beef
48 ounce can tomato juice
3/4 cup chili pepper, which is ground from New mexico peppers
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2&1/2 tablespoons cumin
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 large onion, chopped
2 tablespoons salt
4 cups water

Directions:
Place all spices and liquid in large pan and bring to boil.

In a separate pan, cook meat until all red is gone. Add meat to liquid and simmer for about 1&1/2 hours.
