Chicken Spaghetti

Cheesey yummy chicken and spaghetti dish.

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
1 chopped onion
1 chopped bell pepper
3 T butter
2-10oz cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. velveeta Cheese, cubed
16oz Spahetti, cooked and drained
Directions:
Boil the chicken in water to cover in a stockpot until the chicken is cooked through. Remove the chicken and reserve the broth. Chop the chicken, discarding the skin and bones. Saute the onion and bell pepper in the butter in a large skillet. Add the soup and 2 mushroom soup cans of the reserved broth. Add the cheese and chicken and mix well. Simmer until the cheese melts and the mixture is heated through. Add the spaghetti and cook until heated through.
