Southern Breakfast Casserole

Sausage, rice and cheese make up part of this delicious breakfast dish.

Ingredients:
1 lb. sausage
1 small onion (chopped)
2&1/2 cups Rice Krispies
1 cup cooked rice
16 oz sharp cheddar cheese (grated
3 to 6 eggs
1 to 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup milk
Directions:
Cook sausage with onions and drain. In lightly greased 9X13 dish, layer 2 cups rice crispies, saussage/onion mixture, rice & cheese. Combine Eggs, soup and milk (mix well). Pour over layered ingredietns; punching holes so it will penetrate. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup Rice Krispies on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Next day, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
