Breakfast Eggs

Egg dish with cheese and sausage

Ingredients:
8 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked
2 cups milk
6 slices bread, cubed
1 tsp dry mustard
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into well greased 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or a little longer until done.
Cook's Notes:
This is good if you make it up the night before and put in the refrigerator and cook the next morning.
