Frito/Tamale Pie

Mexican pie made with chili, tamales and Fritos.

Ingredients:
20 oz can chili
20 oz can tamales
1 large onion, chopped
16 oz bag Fritos
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
6 oz bottle catsup
Directions:
Heat chili in sauce pan, cut tamales into 1/4 inch thick slices. Place chili, tamales, onions, Fritos, cheese and catsup in layers in a 9 X 11 inch baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. After cooking, place more Fritos on top and bake 5 more minutes, or until crisp.

This is disgustingly sinful but good.
