Chicken and Dumplings Casserole

Creamy casserole with chicken and dumplings

Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts cooked & shredded (you can use rotisserie chicken)
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 stick butter
2 cups Bisquick
2 cups whole milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 teaspoons chicken granules
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. In 9X13 pan, melt 1/2 stick butter. Spread shredded chicken over butter. Sprinkle black pepper and sage over this. Do not stir
2. Combine milk and Bisquick. Slowly pour over chicken. Do not stir
3. In medium bowl, whisk chicken broth, granules and soup. Pour over 2nd layer. Do not stir.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. May take a little while longer.
