Lemony Basting Butter

Lemon and butter along with spices for basting shrimp and fish

Ingredients:
1/2 pound butter at room temperature
1&1/2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley
1&1/2 tablespoons cilantro
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
3 tablespoons dry white wine
1&1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions:
Put first 7 ingredients in food processor and pulse until blended. Combine wine and lemon juice and slowly add to butter mixture on low speed.
Cook's Notes:
Use this basting on shrimp and fish.
