Tangy Mustard Marinade

Marinade with mustard, lemon garlic and olive oil

Servings:

Very Easy

Total Time:
10 min.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons mustard
zest of 1/2 lemon
16 chopped sage leaves
4 crushed garlic cloves
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
salt & pepper

Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Enough for 2 chicken breasts or 1 pork tenderloin. Let stand covered for 1 hour.

Roast, broil or gill the meat. (wipe off marinade before grilling)
