Aunt Fay's Potato Salad

Potato salad made with sweet pickles, celery, bell pepper,onions and eggs.

Ingredients:
10 medium potatoes (boil in jackets, peel, chop fine
1 medium red onion chopped fine
1 bell pepper chopped fine
2 cups chopped celery
6 eggs, boiled and chopped
1 pint jar sweet pickles chopped fine
Small handful of salt
Directions:
Mix all vegetables and eggs together with Miracle Whip Salad Dressing (several large spoonfuls) and a small amount of mustard in a very large bowl.
Cook's Notes:
I substitute the Miracle Whip with Mayonnaise.
