Rosemary Chicken Salad

Chopped rotisserie chicken with green onions, smoked almonds and fresh rosemary

Ingredients:
3 cups chopped purchased rotisserie chicken
1/3 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup smoked almonds, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Salt if desired
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except salt and pepper. Stir gently. Taste for seasonings. Great as a sandwich or with crackers.
