Lemon Vinaigrette

Very nice dressing

Ingredients:
3 cloves garlic (crushed or mashed)
2 teaspoons salt (I always use Kosher)
1&1/2 teaspoons coarse pepper
1&1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 heaping teaspoons dijon mustard
1/4 cup olive oil
Juice of 2 lemons (approximately 5 tablespoons)
1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
1/2 cup canola oil
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a jar and shake.
