Hashbrown Potato Casserole

Great potato casserole with cheese and sour cream.

Ingredients:
2 lb. package Southern Hashbrowns
1 stick melted butter
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 (10&3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine melted butter, soup, sour cream, onions and cheese.
Mix in potatoes.
Pour into well greased or spray with Pam, 3 qt. casserole.
Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350
If desired, sprinkle top with crushed croutons
