Funeral Potatoes

Creamy potato casserole

Ingredients:
1 package Ore'Ida O'Brien Hashbrowns
1/2 pint sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 handfulls of shredded cheddar cheese
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix all and make sure it's real creamy as potatoes will swell. You can add a little more sour cream if necessary.
Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes until browned and bubbly.

I saw these at just about every party, funeral gathering and holiday gathering when we lived in Nevada. They are very good.
