Jalapeno Corn Casserole

White shoe peg corn with cream cheese and jalapenos.

Ingredients:
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 stick butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 cup milk
5 15oz cans white shoe peg corn, drained
1 small can jalapenos, drained and diced
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, flour and milk. Stirn in corn and jalapenos and mix thoroughly. Bake at 350 for 30 or 40 minutes. This dish is spicy so adjust jalapenos according to taste.
