Potato Casserole

Rich and cheesey potato casserole

Ingredients:
1 32 oz frozen hashbrowns
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of celery soup
Topping:
1/2 cup margarine melted
2 cups crushed cornflakes
Directions:
Mix all ingredients togehter (except for margarine and corn flakes), put in casserold or baking dish and top with buttered corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1&1/2 hours
