White Corn Casserole

Cream corn casserole with a kick

Servings:

Total Time:
1 hour

Ingredients:
2 cans White shoe peg corn, drained
6 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup milk
2 T Butter
14 oz can Green Chilies, diced

Directions:
In double boiler (or microwave) melt butter and cream cheese. Add milk and stir. Add corn and green chilies. Pour into buttered pyrex casserole. Lightly top with bread crumbs. Heat in 350 degree oven until bubbly.
