Rosemary Roasted Red Potatoes

Nice potatoe dish.

Total Time:
1 hour

Ingredients:
1&1/2 pounds small red potatoes
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary or 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450F. Rise and quarter potatoes. Place potatoes in a large zip-lock bag with the cornstarch, rosemary, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Shake well to coat. Transfer potaoes to a large baking pan, and spread them in a single layer. Drizzle oil over potatoes and bake for 30 minutes, stirring once halfway through. Serve immediately.
