John's Sauce for Fish

Good sauce for fried or broiled fish

Total Time:

Ingredients:
John’s Sauce For Fried Fish


2 cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons course ground mustard
2 shallots finely diced
4 tablespoons ground horseradish
2 tablespoons honey
1 bunch parsley (leaf only, finely chopped)
1/2 bunch cilantro (leaf only, finely chopped)
1 bunch green onions (chopped
2 cloves garlic
Dash of Louisiana hot sauce, salt and pepper

Directions:
Mix everything in a food processor except for the parsley and cilantro. Chop them very fine and then add to the mix.

Cook's Notes:
This is not your ordinary tartar sauce.
